OVERVIEW
In this workshop Joe takes you through the experience of one of his signature formats, The Bat, which is essentially a longform improv piece that players play with their eyes closed for an audience who experiences your “theatre of the mind” as they sit in a darkened theatre. The Bat may contain elements of both Narrative and Freestyle long form sensibilities, and each is somewhat a unique reflection of the collective personalities of the players who perform it.
