OVERVIEW

This workshop is a deep dive into observation and discovery that will enrich your improvisations. From the most absurd comedy to the most poignant drama, Double Down will help you learn to notice points of interest in your work and exploit the discovery to strengthen your scenes.

TEACHER

Domeka Parker (US): Raised by professional improvisers, Domeka grew up with a deep understanding of the art and craft. With over 20 years of teaching experience Domeka created Sound Improv, a unique approach to Improvisational Theater. She has taught at Cambridge University in England, as well as Portland State, and Fort Hayes in the U.S. She has also taught and performed in countries across the globe, including Finland, Austria, Australia, Amsterdam and Slovenia.
