TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Covert Spring Comedy Pass is valid for Covert Theatre performances from 1 September to 31 December 2026 only.

2. The pass entitles the holder to one ticket per performance, subject to availability.

3. Advance booking is required for all performances. Entry cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed booking.

4. Seating is limited. Covert Theatre has a capacity of 86 seats and some performances may sell out. Pass holders are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.

5. The Covert Spring Comedy Pass does not guarantee entry to any specific performance.

6. The pass is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift vouchers, or any other product or service.

7. The pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named pass holder.

8. The pass may not be resold, auctioned, or used for commercial purposes.

9. Missed bookings or no-shows are forfeited and cannot be transferred to another performance.

10. Covert Theatre reserves the right to amend performance schedules, substitute shows, alter programming, or cancel performances where necessary.

11. In the event of a performance cancellation by Covert Theatre, pass holders may rebook another eligible performance during the validity period, subject to availability.

12. The Covert Spring Comedy Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or complimentary ticket offer unless expressly stated.

13. Covert Theatre reserves the right to suspend or cancel a pass if it is being misused, shared, duplicated, or used contrary to these terms.

14. A maximum of 2,500 Covert Spring Comedy Passes will be made available for sale.

15. Purchase of a Covert Spring Comedy Pass constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
